2175 K STREET, NW Washington, DC
2175 K Street was acquired in partnership with JP Morgan Investment Management in 2007. In 2009 the building was completely renovated and expanded to eleven stories from the original eight to accommodate the US Headquarters of the Embassy of the European Union. During the renovation, building common areas were dramatically upgraded throughout the property using high quality materials including; granite, limestone, solid wood and stainless steel. Additionally, all major building systems were replaced with new, state of the art, energy efficient equipment.
2175 K Street is Energy Star Certified and enrolled in the LEED Existing Building (EB) program with a Gold Certification expected.
